HOW MUCH DOES BAD CREDIT COST TO FIX?

The cost of credit repair is a fraction of the cost of doing nothing about it!

Poor credit scores account for those individuals who just “never seem to get out from under”. Bad scores perpetuates bad credit. Understanding how credit scores work and how to repair your credit scores are key to what makes Credit Law Pro a great company. Let us show you how to fix your credit and maintain those better scores. What we save you in future costs pales in comparison to the cost of fixing your credit.

Can I still get a credit card with bad credit?

Yes, it is possible to get an unsecured credit card without fair credit. Typically these cards will carry higher interest rates on unpaid balances, and may have higher fees and penalties as well.

WHAT IF REMOVED ITEMS FROM MY CREDIT REAPPEAR?

This happens occasionally either by accident or because a creditor has untimely verified a particular deleted item. This is what is known as a ‘soft delete’. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) has made it much more difficult for a creditor to replace an item once it has been removed. CreditLawPro.com will again dispute the item and protect your rights using the full force of federal regulations.

IS THIS LEGAL? HOW?

Yes, under the FCRA, you have a right to challenge/dispute inaccurate items, older items, and items you do not believe to be yours! Credit Law Pro uses all federal rules and regulations to preserve your rights. By disputing such items, and having them legally removed from your credit report, Credit Law Pro fixes your credit and raises your credit score!

WHAT IS A CREDIT SCORE?

A credit score is a numerical ranking system that lenders use to determine how much of a credit risk you are. Your score shows these lenders/creditors how likely you are to repay your loan on time. It helps them to determine how much credit they will extend you, and the terms of that credit line. Generally, the higher your credit score (300-850 is the range) the more credit worthy you appear to them, and the easier it is to get credit extended to you.

What is my credit score based on?

Your credit score is based on a few factors, when combined, gives the lender an idea of your creditworthiness.

35% of your score is based on your payment history. Do you pay your bills on time? Are you ever late? How often are you late?

30% of your score is based on how much you owe, compared to your total credit line. Less credit balances compared to your total credit available is what the credit reporting agencies like to see. The more they like the higher your credit score. It’s just that simple.

15% of your score is based on how long you have had your credit. Many years of good payment history gives you a better score.

10% is based on new credit and inquiries. If you ask for credit (cards or loans) too often, the credit reporting agencies don’t like to see that, and yes, if they don’t like that, your credit score will be affected negatively.

10% is based on the different types of credit you have

HOW CAN BAD CREDIT BE FIXED?

Negative items, sometimes referred to as derogatory items, on one’s credit report, may be removed by disputing them. Items that are on a report for too long of a period of time should be disputed and removed. Items that are not yours definitely must be disputed and removed.

Credit Law Pro uses the fullest extent of the law to ensure your rights and has all derogatory items which cannot be verified by your creditor to be legally removed. Removing the negative items will raise your credit score.
